"Kostolan" was Kathy's first Grand Prix horse. She imported him from Germany at as a 5 year old and found it particularly rewarding to train him all the way up the levels with Jim Koford's invaluable assistance. Kathy earned her USDF Gold medal on him and he was a treasure to ride everyday.

"Rowena" is Silverleaf Farm's 10 yr old Dutch mare by Flemingh out of a Contango mare. She loves to work and always was Kathy's special soulmate!
Mary Ellen Russell has purchased Rowena and moved to her farm outside of Saratoga Springs NY. We miss them both!
Danielle Rowland has ridden at Silverleaf Farm since she was 14 years old. In 2005 she and King D 'Azur were members of the Region 1 North American Young Rider Team. Danielle has successfully competed at all FEI levels, including Grand Prix and has earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
